In "ABA On Call" episode #11, specialist guests Dr. Lisa Britton, BCBA-D and Matt Cicoria (Behavioral Observations Podcast) chat with our co-hosts about supervision in the digital age, what qualities make an effective supervisor, and how technology plays a role in helping behavior analysts solve problems, track tasks, and stick to their responsibilities in the field.

What is remote supervision and how do you define it? As opposed to traditional models of supervision, Dr. Britton suggests that in-person supervision and remote supervision should look very similar. She also discusses the qualities that make an effective supervisor, tools that behavior analysts can use for remote supervision to track progress, as well as the differences and similarities of digital supervision vs. traditional forms of supervising.
